 Dr. Rodney J. Williams, MD

Melissa Allio CRNP FNP-C

Melissa Allio is a certified registered nurse practitioner. She attended Chamberlain College of Nursing to obtain her Masters Degree of Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been in the nursing profession for fourteen years, beginning in the inpatient setting. She has worked in a range of settings from medical-surgical to obstetrics and gynecology. She has been practicing in the mental health profession for the past three years and is currently enrolled in Wilkes University working towards her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification. Her practice ranges from ages four to ninety-nine, with all mental health diagnoses. She also has worked with students in the school setting collaborating with intermediate units and IBHS services.

Tammy Moon CRNP

Tammy Moon is a certified registered nurse practitioner. She attended Clarion-Edinboro University to obtain her Master's Degree of Nursing with the concentration of Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been practicing in the nursing profession since 2010, beginning in an inpatient med surg/pediatric unit. She has worked as a travel nurse and then in mental health units. She has been practicing as a NP for two years as an APP in an inpatient setting. She did go to Walden University to start her PMHNP certificate, but currently has transferred her enrollment to Wilkes University to finish her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certifications. She has also worked in the community as a community health nurse with families and children.  

Kathy Goodwin RN

Kathy is a registered Nurse, obtained Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clarion University.  
Most recently, instrumental in expanding the Mobile Psychiatric Medication Program with the Regional Counseling Center in Venango County. 
Additional experience includes working with adult and pediatric patients in the medical/surgical acute care unit at UPMC Northwest, and then transitioned to Visiting Nurses Association of Venango County to provide in-home care to patients.     
Previously spent over 20 years working with court adjudicated youth, both dependent and delinquent, in a residential treatment setting, with the goal of the youth successfully returning their home community.
