Melissa Allio CRNP FNP-C
Melissa Allio is a certified registered nurse practitioner. She attended Chamberlain College of Nursing to obtain her Masters Degree of Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been in the nursing profession for fourteen years, beginning in the inpatient setting. She has worked in a range of settings from medical-surgical to obstetrics and gynecology. She has been practicing in the mental health profession for the past three years and is currently enrolled in Wilkes University working towards her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification. Her practice ranges from ages four to ninety-nine, with all mental health diagnoses. She also has worked with students in the school setting collaborating with intermediate units and IBHS services.

Paula Young, MSN, FNP-C
Paula Young, MSN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of diverse clinical experience in psychiatry, family medicine, gastroenterology, and communicable disease management. Now providing care at the Regional Counseling Center, treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, Schizophrenia, OCD, and other mental health issues. Building on her background in ICU critical care and outpatient practice, Paula delivers comprehensive, patient-centered care with a strong focus on safety, treatment adherence, and holistic wellness.
She is passionate about lifelong learning and is currently pursuing certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner (PMHNP) to expand her expertise in psychiatric assessment and psychopharmacology. Paula’s clinical philosophy is grounded in evidence-based practice, patient empowerment, and collaborative care to foster improved health outcomes.
