Treatment is intended to be short-term intensive structured
Hours are 8:15am-2:15pm Monday through Friday,
Each adolescent participates in daily therapeutic groups and skill-building groups; and weekly individual sessions with an on-site therapist
Each adolescent is provided with 2-3 hours of classroom instruction during the school year
Lunch is provided on-site
Weekly psychiatric services are available to provide evaluations and monitor medication needs
The treatment team coordinates discharge planning and aftercare services that may be needed
We offer family sessions to support treatment progress across settings

✓ May be going through/have gone through a crisis, such as:
● Death of family member or friend
● Divorce
● Loss✓ May have a level of impaired functioning in home, school, or community settings, such as:
● Isolation
● Lack of engagement with peers or family
● Withdrawn from interests
● Feelings of inadequacy
✓ May be engaging in/be at risk of engaging in self-harming behaviors, such as:
● Cutting, scarring, burning self
● Eating disorders
● Promiscuous activities
● Pulling hair out
● Suicidal ideations
✓ May be transitioning from psychiatric hospitalization to return home
✓ May be at risk of future psychiatric hospitalization
✓ May be diagnosed with depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and/or trauma-related disorders

Paul Ceprish MS. Program Director for the RCC Partial Hospitalization Program. I have been with the RCC for over 10 years. 25 years ago I started my career working with the teen-aged population. I have a strong desire to be a caring and supportive agent of change in a young person's life. When I am not working, I occupy my time with woodworking, hunting, fishing and other shooting sports.
Libby Kiefer, MS Clinical Mental Health
Libby recently graduated with her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2025. She has been passionate about working with children and adolescents since 2019 and joined Regional Counseling Center's Partial Hospitalization Program in 2024. Libby believes in building connection with youth and families as the main factor in therapy. She is motivated to be a positive support and advocate for individuals. Libby focuses on a strengths-based, person-centered approach to boost individuals' confidence and overall self-esteem. She also provides outpatient counseling for individuals successful in the program as additional support while they transition back into their normal routines. In her free time, she enjoys playing softball, crafting, and spending time with her dogs and family.

Services are designed to assist in the emotional stabilization of the adolescent; so that they may improve their lives, be encouraged to take personal responsibility, and gain more opportunities for success in the home, school, and community settings.
Who Qualifies
Typically between the ages of 12-17
